It’s Friday! Which means we’ve got the next two days off from work.Perhaps, this year we follow through our New Year eve resolutions at least on the weekend. Do you remember those resolutions? You know we’ll eat healthier, exercise more. Sure, a lot of hurdle can get in the way. But, essentially everything we do is for our happiness. What great way to bring joy to your body than a simple exercise. If your body is happy you’re ultimately happy too. If you don’t like going to gym that fine by us but simple running at least once a week will do wonder for the body. Especially, running outdoor could be fun, things you could see or perhaps visit part of the neighborhood you never visited. Lack of physical activity can put your health at risk. Recent, discover suggest that running is the foundation of youth because it improves health and well-being. Think about it after long stressful work week we need something to clear mind and release pressure. Running is one of those antidote for your body. Not mention running improves cardiac health, effective burn calories, bone health, helps to be more focused, immunity booster, improve reproductive health, and improves vision. Thus, we should recommit yourself to some form of physical activities. If not gym at least running should be done once a week.
